Microenvironment Fire Suppression Systems

These systems are meant for critical assets protection from Fire. They target on early detection of Fire inside the equipment and discharge extinguishing agent locally to give very fast fire extinguishing thereby keeping the damage to minimal level. Critical assets are back bone of any infrastructure where the potential risk of fire is high and a fire not only damages the equipment but also causes downtime. The system does not use require power supply or Mechanical subsystems to operate hence make them simple and fail safe to use. Heart of the system is Linear heat Sensing Tube, which works on rate of rise of heat and hence chances of false alarm are zero. The maintenance of the system is very low.

All extinguishing agents are compatibly with the system like

  • Novec 1230.
  • HFC 227ea (FM 200).
  • CO2.
  • Dry Chemical Powder.
  • AFFF Foam.

Heat Sensing of Tubing :

There are two types of system which operates at low pressure from 195 psi to 240 psi.

DIRECT DISCHARGE SYSTEMS

Heat activation of the pressurized tubing releases pressure from the tubing to activate the system directly at the source of the fire.

Multiple tubing temperature options allow for protection of a wide variety of equipment.

Optional Dual Outlet Valve allows for greater versatility & tubing runs twice that of single .




IN DIRECT DISCHARGE SYSTEMS

Heat activation of the pressurized tubing releases pressure from the tubing to activate the system.

Pushing manual actuator releases pressure from the tubing to activate the system.

Multiple nozzle configuration allows for larger and multiple area protection.
